Buyer premium
A 6% buyer premium is added to every hammer price.
This fee is charged to the buyer, not the seller. It's capped at $5,000 — on a $100,000 hammer the buyer pays $5,000, not $6,000. Sellers receive hammer minus the seller commission above.
